1. How do I track my order?
You can check on the status of your order in your account where tracking information will be updated regularly.
2. How can I complete a return?
Please email returns@tickit.co.uk to request a returns form.
3. Can I have an invoice?
Your confirmation invoice will be sent, via email, as soon as your purchase is complete. You can also view a copy of this in your account
4. How can I check restock dates?
The most up to date stock information is available on the product information page. If a product is out of stock, please sign up to receive a 'Back in Stock' notification on the specific page.
5. I've lost or broken a part, can I buy a spare?
We have a page here for spares but if you have any issues, please contact us using the form on our Contact Us page.
6. Where do you deliver to?
Our full shipping policy is available here. For deliveries into Europe, please visit www.TickiT.eu
7. Can I send you a purchase order?

8. I didn’t purchase direct from TickiT and have an issue, who should I contact?
In the first instance we would always encourage you to contact your original place of purchase for any queries.
