1. How do I track my order?
You can check on the status of your order in your account where tracking information will be updated regularly.

2. How can I complete a return?

3. Can I have an invoice?
Your confirmation invoice will be sent, via email, as soon as your purchase is complete. You can also view a copy of this in your account

4. How can I check restock dates?
The most up to date stock information is available on the product information page. If a product is out of stock, please sign up to receive a 'Back in Stock' notification on the specific page.

5. I've lost or broken a part, can I buy a spare?
Of course, we have a page here for spares but if you have any issues, please contact us using the form below.

6. Where do you deliver to?

7. Can I send you a purchase order?
We are afraid that we do not accept purchase orders. All orders need to be processed through the store where payment can be completed at the checkout.

8. I'm interested in becoming a reseller, can you give me some more information?
Of course, please fill out the form on our reseller page on our UK page and a member of the team will get back to you.

9. I didnt purchase direct from TickiT and have an issue, who should I contact?
In the first instance we would always encourage you to contact your original place of purchase for any queries.

      🎅🏼 Christmas Delivery Update

      As long as you’ve placed your order before our cut-off date, which is 3pm Friday 17th December 2021, your items will be with you in time for Christmas. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched as normal but a pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

      If you contact us for information about your orders during this period, please bear with us as we will be busy elves!

      Please note that our offices will be closed from Thursday 23rd December 2021, and will reopen on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
